Despite national reports of a real estate slump, "We in Montgomery county have chosen not to participate". Montgomery county has experienced a reduction of inventory levels of 12.5 percent from just the second quarter 2007 to the third quarter of 2007 This reduction indicates that people are buying real estate, which is helping to balance the supply and demand ratio.
